Shipping Times & Return Policy

Please See Below for Shipping Transit Times, Return Policy & International Orders 
 

Next Day Air - Orders placed before 11am (CST) will ship same day, after 11am they will be processed on the next business day (Mon-Fri).

Express Orders - (UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3 Day Select, USPS Express Mail) will ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.
*(Express Mail is 2 Days transit time from our WI location)*
Ground Orders - (UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, UPS SurePost) will ship orders within 4-6 business days of receiving your order.
 
Economy Mail Service - Is UPS SurePost® and uses UPS's transit time and then passes off to your local post office for final delivery.
  
**UPS will not deliver to a PO Box unless SurePost is used**
 
 If you are having a custom made vest for your Working Dog we try to have no more than a 7 business day turnaround time. 
We understand how important the working dog is to their handler and we will get your order to you as soon as possible.

Our Return Policy  
 
The item you are returning must not have been used. The item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
 
Customer pays for the shipping on exchange items.
 
WE DO NOT TAKE RETURNS ON CUSTOM MADE ITEMS (sewing additional patches on is considered custom)
and or CLEARANCE ITEMS.
 WE DO NOT GIVE CASH (credit card,google or paypal) REFUNDS on any orders;
product exchange ONLY. Store Credits are valid for 1 year only.
 
 
IMPORTANT: VEST AND ANYOTHER CLOTHING (Embroidered Items are Non-Returnable)  ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED MUST BE FREE
OF ALL DOG HAIR, ODOR AND STAINS. 
IF YOUR RETURN ARRIVES WITH DOG HAIR, ODORS OR STAINS, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AND THE ITEM WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.
IN ORDER TO INSURE A PROPER REFUND, MAKE SURE YOUR ITEM IS IN BRAND NEW CONDITION. 
 

Our Return Policy   

*If you have purchased the wrong size or would like to exchange an item(s) you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the receipt for an exchange.

The item you are returning must not have been used, and must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

 

*You must call customer service and get a RMA number or your package will be refused and returned to sender. RMA number MUST

be written on the outside of package.

 

*We do not take returns on custom made items, clearance items or Solvit Products.

 

*We do not give Cash Refunds (credit card, Google or PayPal) on any orders, product exchange ONLY. The customer is responsible for the

shipping both ways on returns. You may include a pre-paid envelope for shipping the item back or we will bill your card on file and ship back to you

either USPS or UPS if not specified your preference.

  

*IMPORTANT: Vests or any other type of clothing items that are returned MUST be free of ALL dog hair and any odor or stains. 

(Embroidered Items are Non-Returnable)

*If your return arrives with dog hair, odors, or stains; NO refund or exchange will be issued and the item will be returned to you.

*IN ORDER TO INSURE A PROPER REFUND, MAKE SURE YOUR ITEM IS IN BRAND NEW CONDITION. 

Returning a Product

1.    Please review above policy

2.    Call customer service and ask for a RMA number (must have order# or full name on billing statement handy)

3.    Ship item back to Activedogs (you may choose shipping method)

4.    Once your item is received it may take 3-4 business days to process your return. You will receive tracking info once your replacement has been sent,
or an e-mail with your store credit information.

PLEASE NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
 
 We have no control over your countries duties or customs fees.  Please check with your country for this information.
Generally if you choose the expedited or express shipping method, UPS takes care of the brokerage fees.
If UPS Standard is chosen you will also be responsible for those charges above the normal duty and taxes.
 
 

We ship by UPS and will email you your package tracking numbers when we ship your order. 
 If your package has been damaged in shipping please do not throw any packing materials or anything in the box away! 
 We will file a UPS claim and upon doing that UPS will send out an inspector to access the damage.  We must be notified
immediately upon arrival of your package that there is a damage problem.
