Updated review 1/19/15 Was *extremely* impressed with Active Dog staff. When the initial medical alert tag I ordered broke, I did not ask for a replacement. I was VERY surprised to find a replacement medical alert tag in the mail today, with a kind note indicating they are addressing the issue. I've never had a business do this before. Customer service is pretty amazing and I do still like the alert tag very much. Thanks for the replacement! Still loving the quality of the SD vest, too. Definitely built to last. Thanks ActiveDog.com!

Loved the tag, but not for everyday wear I wanted an obvious Medical Alert Tag on my dog to wear when he was unvested, in case we were ever in a car accident or in situations where he was not wearing a vest but could be identified as a medical alert SD. I was really happy with the engraving quality and the tag when it arrived. The tag broke where the ring goes through after 3 weeks of continous wear. This did not involve hiking or running through brush, just walking. If you order this tag, be sure to take it off daily or when your dog is finished working if you want it to last. I am very happy with other items I've ordered from Active Dogs, so was surprised thsi one did not last.
