I like having a pouch for my wallet, phone, etc, that I can unhook from my service dog's vest for easier access if she is going to be under a table like at a restaurant, etc. It is a good size, and I like having a clear ID pocket. However, the hardware doesn't feel very durable, the clip is not easy to use, and it hangs awkwardly on the dog. A friend had her's altered by attaching a small leash-type clip on each end of the bag so it can hang evenly on the dog's vest, and is easier to clip on and off. This is the only way the bag is very useful and comfortable for the dog in my opinion... wish it was already "altered" when I bought it! Please change it for the better, Activedogs! Love your equipment overall! |

| I ordered this pouch to hold all my dog's tracking articles, and it is wonderful. I would have liked to have the option to have something else other than service dog on the pouch though (therapy dog, medical alert or dog's name). That option would have gotten the fifth star. | ||||

| I made two of these into a working vest for my chi terrier x. it is perfect and he also carries snacks and money for new toys in one pocket and his ID in the other. It has been great and I have had many comments on this. | ||||
