The item you are returning must not have been used.
The item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
 
Customer pays for the shipping on exchange items.
 
WE DO NOT TAKE RETURNS ON CUSTOM MADE ITEMS and or CLEARANCE ITEMS.
 WE DO NOT GIVE CASH (credit card,google or paypal) REFUNDS on any orders;
product exchange ONLY.
 
 
IMPORTANT: VEST AND ANYOTHER CLOTHING (Embroidered Items are Non-Returnable)
ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED MUST BE FREE OF ALL DOG HAIR, ODOR AND STAINS. 
IF YOUR RETURN ARRIVES WITH DOG HAIR, ODORS OR STAINS, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AND THE ITEM WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.
IN ORDER TO INSURE A PROPER REFUND, MAKE SURE YOUR ITEM IS IN BRAND NEW CONDITION. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 


If you purchase the wrong size for your dog you may return the item for a size exchange.
We do not give cash returns on any items. In-store credit only.

-- The number one question we receive is, "how long will it take to get my order". 
We generally ship within 24 hours of receiving your vest order (business days).  If you are having a custom made vest for your
service dog we try to have no more than a 3 day turn around time.  We understand how important the working dog is to their handler
and we will get your order to you as soon as possible.   
 
Shipping on other orders is usually within 48 hours of order placed on business days.  Nearly all of our products are in stock.  
 
 
If you order next day air, or any expedited shipping service and are wondering if your order with be shipped the day the order is
placed or any question on shipping then please call our toll free phone number and we will be happy to answer your questions.
Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air will not be shipped until the following business day if the Order is placed after 12pm "Central Time"
 
PLEASE NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
 We have no control over your countries duties or customs fees.  Please check with your country for this information.
Generally if you choose the expedited or express shipping method, UPS takes care of the customs duties. If UPS Standard
is chosen you will also be responsible for those charges.
We ship by UPS and will email you your package tracking numbers when we ship your order. 
 If your package has been damaged in shipping please do not throw any packing materials or anything in the box away! 
 We will file a UPS claim and upon doing that UPS will send out an inspector to access the damage.  We must be notified
immediately upon arrival of your package that there is a damage problem.
