The Skid Plate Chest Protector is made with two layers of 1000 denier nylon/urethane coated fabric. A quarter inch, non-absorbing skid plate is sandwiched between the double layers of nylon and covers/protects the underbelly of the dog. This vest has adjustable 2” velcro straps. All edges are bound for added durability.
The chest protector vest is comfortable and will protect your hunting dog from tall, cutting grass and thick ground cover. This vest is not only great for protecting the hunting dog, but it also works well for protecting the underbelly of female dogs that are nursing.
