Need to return something?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your ActiveDogs purchase, you can return your merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be issued RMA # in order for your return to be initiated. (note: any custom items are not eligible for return)

Your six digit order number (or SO number) is located on the top of your order confirmation or to the right of the item description on your packing slip.

You must write your RMA number on the outside of the package to avoid delays processing your return.

Damaged/Defect Goods: Please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order if your item has arrived damaged, we will determine wither replacements can be sent immediately or if a claim with the shipping company needs to be filed. Please keep all original packing materials. 

Items not available for return:
Kennel Runs, Embroidered Clothing, Customized/Personalized Items, Vests with additional patches sewn on beyond standard quantity. Products on closeout or clearance.

All items being returned must have all original packaging and tags. All items must be in New Condition, not altered in anyway and must be free of all dog hair/stains/odors.
If items arrive with any of the above issues, we will return the package back to the customer and return will not be processed.

Return Options:
Refund: Items can be returned for a refund to the original method of payment if returned within 30 days. (Restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund)

Exchange: Items can be returned for product exchange. (Customer is responsible for the S&H on replacement order)

Online Credit: Items can be returned for an online credit with no restocking penalty. (Online credit is valid for 1 year from the issue date)

Cancelling Orders: Once an order is placed it can only be cancelled for a 100% refund if it has
not been processed by the shipping department & not a custom/personalized item. After the order is sent to the Shipping department we cannot cancel or change the order for any reason. If you would like to cancel the order by refusing the delivery the refusal fee will be subtracted from your refund for the return postage.
